We have invested heavily in the latest machinery and all work is undertaken at our purpose built 18,000 square foot manufacturing unit.
Capabilities & Handling Capacity
18,000 sq ft modern factory comprising of two 5 tonne overhead cranes. With the facilities available to us there aren’t too many projects we can’t execute.
Situated in Batley, a prime location for motorway access, we can be on the road delivering goods and products where the contract requires us.
We occupy a large, secure yard for handling all transport requirements, in terms of loading and unloading vehicles.
With good planning & organising we complete all kinds of work on time, every time.
Along with a highly skilled workforce and a well-planned, modern factory layout, it gives us the confidence to fulfil all contracts taken on, however large or small.

4 mtr x 2 mtr HD Plasma cutting machine complete with all software
3 mtr x 6mm guillotine.
3 mtr x 150 tonne press brake
2 mtr x 95 tonne press brake
65 tonne steelworker/punching machine
2 mtr long 10mm pyramid rollers
Horizontal power saw complete with auto jaws
Band saw machine
2.5 metre powered box and pan folder
2 x 1.2 metre long hand rollers
2 vertical drilling machines
18 welding machines ranging from 220 amp to 450 amp covering all types of work
2 mobile plasma units
2x Five Tonne Cranes
2 Metre Long 5mm Pinch Rollers
Our in house Transport includes:
3 tonne fork truck
2 tonne fork truck
VW Crafter 3.5 tonne
VW Transporter
We use outside transport for delivering heavy or oversized good to their destination.

Design Team
With all members of our design team fully trained and qualified to function the latest Solidworks software, the capabilities of 2D and 3D drawings are endless.
Whether it’s converting a 2D drawing to a 3D drawing, viewing moving parts of machinery to analyse the process before manufacture, or to aesthetically please the customer to give them the assurance of the final product’s quality.
